Hello! I have updated my policies again to further fit my new standards and overall so it is understandable for both parties.
If you plan on buying any rabbits from me, you will need to follow this current and future buyers.

Rabbitry Policies
Reservations
• Deposit required to hold a rabbit
• Holds are up to 7 days only
• No communication = rabbit becomes available
• Extended holds may include additional fees
Payments
• Full payment due by pickup
• Unpaid rabbits may be relisted
• All sales are final
• Prices may change until deposit is placed
Health
• Rabbits leave healthy to the best of our knowledge
• Report concerns within 48 hours
• Vet confirmation may be required
Exchanges
• Not guaranteed
• Must return original rabbit
• Determined at our discretion
Purpose
• Must be stated at time of inquiry
• Sold as: Show / Pet / Market
• Pet rabbits may NEVER be bred
• Meat breeding requires pedigree
• Fair market rabbits receive no pedigree
BunnyVac
• Optional upon request (not for market rabbits)
• No guarantee against reaction
• Once given:
• Sale is final
• No switching rabbits
Identification
• All rabbits must keep “LHH” tattoo
• Altering/removing = no future sales
Delivery
• No delivery unless approved
• Fees may apply
• Preferred pickup at location or shows
Responsibility
• Buyer assumes full responsibility after pickup
• Not responsible for health, vet costs, or damages
Additional Rules
• Must contact us before rehoming
• Pedigree misuse is prohibited
• Respectful communication required
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale
Final Note
By placing a deposit or purchasing, you agree to all policies.
All terms are enforced through the Bill of Sale.
