A. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with other teammates in rolling out chopped strand and/or resin soaked mat onto molds.
• Rolling the material in the proper manner so as to minimize the presence of air in the laminate.
• Identifying and wet trimming parts as necessary.
• Cleaning and maintaining work tools such as rollers and brushes.
• Cleaning and maintaining safety equipment such as respirators and aprons.
• Pushing pulling molds into and out of booths.
• Cleaning work areas at the end of the work day.
• Working in a safe manner and following all safety rules.
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean.
• Accurately completing labor ticket at the end of the shift.
• Other activities or tasks as assigned.
B. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
C. ATTRIBUTES:
• Position requires light to medium physical requirements including pushing/pulling, bending/stretching and standing.
• Able to follow directions from Team Leaders.
• Able to work with others as a team.
