As I reflect on Monday night's 10th Anniversary Celebration, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith and started a business built around my passion for helping people grow, succeed, and reach their potential. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the relationships, opportunities, and experiences that would come from that decision. Reaching this milestone is incredibly meaningful, not because of the years themselves, but because of the people who have been part of the journey.

A special thank you to (Jake Rosenberg) for capturing the evening through his incredible photography; Playful Portrait by Doris Xu (Doris Xu) for sharing her amazing talent through her caricature drawings; Kat Ramirez for the unforgettable surprise brass band that had everyone dancing; and Julie Buras Cameron for the beautiful and delicious cookies that were as memorable as they were tasty.

To my brothers, Shannon Rigsby and Jason, my sisters, Rebekah Hodges and Leanna Butler, and my brothers-in-law, Hodges and Butler, thank you all for stepping in without being asked. Whether you were refilling drinks, replenishing food, loading, unloading, or helping behind the scenes, you made the evening feel effortless and allowed me to truly enjoy the celebration.

To Garcia, thank you for bringing your vision to life and spearheading the décor and floral design. Everything was beautiful and perfectly reflected the spirit of the occasion.

Most importantly, thank you to every client, friend, family member, industry partner, and supporter who attended, sent a message, made a call, or shared well wishes. While this celebration was truly about honoring all of you, I have never felt more loved, supported, and encouraged than I did on Monday night.

I am incredibly blessed and thankful to God for the wonderful people He has placed in my life and along my journey. The last 10 years have been filled with growth, learning, challenges, opportunities, and so many meaningful relationships. I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Here's to the next 10 years... or 20... maybe even 30!
