Job Summary
As a full-time Maintenance Specialist/Machine Operator, you will spend part of your time troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and making necessary repairs on production machines, miscellaneous equipment, and plant facilities. The remainder of your time will be spent making custom plastic parts using CNC mills, lathes, routers, and thermoforming equipment.

Requirements
Applicants must have an understanding of how machines work, be dependable, possess problem solving skills, be able to work independently, and be organized. The position requires working with vendor technical support on the phone, so clear communication is necessary. While certification in a mechanical or electrical field is appreciated, it is not required. Carpentry skills are a plus. A willingness to learn new things and the ability to communicate respectfully with all team members is essential.
