WINGS: Women's Initiative for Networking, Growth & Success
​The Textron Aviation Women's Initiative for Networking, Growth and Success (WINGS) group provides a networking environment that encourages awareness of the importance and value​ of women succeeding in the workforce.

To join WINGS, simply fill out a membership form. You should then receive a welcome email from​ the WINGS membership committee. ​You can then ​expect to receive emails and invitations to our upcoming events. Any Textron Aviation employee​ who supports the mission of WINGS is welcome to join, you don't have to be a woman. All Textron Aviation employees are encouraged to join WINGS!

WINGS is one of several employee resource groups (ERG) at Textron Aviation. These company​​​​​​-sponsored groups of employees join together to provide a supportive forum for professional development and advancement of company initiatives based on similar experiences or interests​. More information about the ERGs that are available can be found on ERIC.
