Meet the new cohort of EDGE Emerging Leaders representing Aexcel Corporation, American Ring, APO Pumps and Compressors, Becker Pumps Corporation, Evergreen Cooperatives, Grand River Rubber & Plastics, Hinkleyy, Lumitex, Inc., ProTech Security, Inc., The Technology House, and TransImpact.

The current cohort met for the first time this week to learn about their Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment results and how to interpret and effectively benefit from understanding them. Over the next several months participants will engage with each to explore these personality preferences and the impact on communication, work relationships, and leadership, guided by Ron Bower, Brickpath Group.

This week the new cohort of EDGE Rising Professionals kicked-off with the workshop: Being Heard - How to Speak with Impact led by Diane Helbig. In this workshop participants explored beliefs and obstacles as well as tips for confident communication.
