Exciting news from Pyramid 2. Suite 2110 on the top floor is gearing up for its next chapter as new tenants prepare to move in. Demolition is underway and the tenant build out will begin soon.

It might not look like much now, but this floor has incredible potential. The views of the lake and the surrounding area make this one of the most impressive spaces in the entire campus.

We will keep sharing progress as the transformation continues.

A recent article highlights growing interest in upgrading the Michigan Road commercial corridor in Carmel. Town officials and residents are discussing new ideas for revitalizing businesses, improving land use and increasing investment along this important stretch of US 421.

🚧 Northwest Indy is getting a major mobility upgrade.

INDOT’s I-465 Northwest Improvements Project includes planned work from West 86th Street to US 31, including the Michigan Road corridor near The Pyramids. Improvements in this area will support smoother traffic flow, stronger regional connectivity, and better daily commuting for employees and visitors.
