1. My brain tried to tell me I can’t post this.. joke’s on you, brain, there are no rules here.

2. The gym IS a fashion show. Fight me.

3. How to be motivated to workout- see number 2.

4. I spent half the workout thinking I’m so hot and lean and the other half becoming increasingly aware of how not flat my stomach is compared to other women. It’s the natural give and take of life.

The problem is that you’re trying to better yourself from the premise of not being enough.

“I might not hit my goal this month.”
“I really let my health get out of control.”

Changing from not enough ALWAYS creates more not enoughness.

“But if I believe I’m enough, then I’ll lose my drive to keep growing.”

Exactly the opposite.

What we love, we tend to.

We don’t water the garden because it’s not good enough.

We don’t hug and kiss our kids because they’re not loved enough.

We don’t put hours into waxing and polishing and fixing up the car in the garage because we think it’s a piece of s**t.

We are so much more motivated by appreciating and tending to our lives.

I love the way I feel when I feed my body because I love it, or I fold my gym shorts and color code them because I love my collection, instead of rushing and forcing tasks.

What if everything could feel that way?

Or even just half of your life could feel that way?

What problems would just fall away?

What stress would just fade?

What inner voice would no longer seem as important?

I can help you enjoy your life and business this way.

I can help you get to the next chapter in a way that honors and accepts the importance of your reality today.

the ego paradigm says that you are always just a little bit behind.

you haven't done enough, you haven't proven it, you're not there yet.

so you keep achieving more, you get recognized and looked up to for how hard you've worked.

but it still doesn't feel like enough.

-

it's time to switch to the magic paradigm.

here, the magic does not belong to you... it flows though you.

and your only job is to become a smoother vessel for it to help more people.

-

the magic paradigm saves you years of fixing yourself.

it saves you hours of effort of making sure you look good enough for the outside world.

the magic paradigm is where you will jump from big to bigger.

reach more people. make more money. feel like you are the force you were meant to be.

enjoy.
