💰 Compensation:
• $55–$65/hour (based on experience & role scope)

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Perform Start of Care, Recertifications, and Skilled Visits
• Complete OASIS assessments (training available if needed)
• Develop and oversee Plans of Care
• Supervise Home Health Aides (as required by CMS)
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid Conditions of Participation
• Collaborate directly with leadership on building clinical operations

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Active Indiana RN license (required)
• At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related healthcare program (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Self-starter mindset – comfortable in a startup environment
• OASIS experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
