Information about Short-term Rental permits can be found on the Business Licenses page https://www.indy.gov/activity/business-licenses. Once there, individuals will find a User Guide to create a Citizen Access Account (must be done before applying for the permit) and steps to apply and pay for the permit. Once payment has been made, the permit will be automatically issued and sent via email to the address on the application.
