Earl's Auction Company. We're hiring multiple photographers. Tag a friend who'd be a fit.
Bring your headphones. Queue your podcast, your music, your audiobook — whatever gets you in the zone. We don't care what's in your ears. We care how many lots you finish per hour.
The offer:
• $16–$18 per hour
• 16+ hours per week (more if you want them)
• Part-time, seasonal — bridge into year-round if you're great

The job, exactly. No surprises:
1. Pallet shows up wrapped in yellow plastic
2. You take an item out
3. You take photos of it
4. Sometimes you match it with related items
5. You tag it
6. Put it on a rack
7. Move to the next one
That's it. All shift. Every shift.
This IS for you if:
✓ You can stay focused on a repetitive task for 4-hour blocks
✓ You can lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet
✓ You show up on time, every time
✓ "Headphones in, podcast on, knock out items, get paid" sounds like your kind of day
This is NOT for you if:
✗ You need variety to stay engaged
✗ You're looking for a creative photo gig (this is inventory, not art)
✗ 16 hours/week is too few or too many
✗ You can't get to 5199 Lafayette Rd reliably
No experience needed. Day 1 you're trained. Day 2 you're on the line.
