As we begin sharing more regularly on this page, we thought it would be a good time to introduce the story behind Partec Consulting Group.
Partec was founded by Alyson Parham Small who has spent more than 30 years helping nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies build stronger organizations behind lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Alyson worked alongside leaders who were deeply committed to their missions and the communities they serve.
She saw firsthand that while passion drives change, sustainable impact requires something more - strong leadership, clear strategy, effective systems, engaged boards, and the organizational capacity to grow and adapt.
That realization led to the creation of Partec Consulting Group.
Our mission is simple:
To partner with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their infrastructure, amplify their impact, and achieve sustainable solutions that drive measurable community transformation.
