Mentored 2 + Certified Masters in Training
Mentored 1 newly minted Certified Master

What do I get out of mentoring others? I LEARN a LOT! I've learned from each of the folks in this photo in 2017, including Barry Posner, Ph.D. and Jim Kouzes, my mentors.

I also learned as Tom Pearce and I mentored these leaders to become Certified Facilitators in The Leadership Challenge, including: Denise McDonald, Christy Ashworth-Mazerolle, Jerre Wortham, Thomas W Wasden, Robert Shindell, Ph.D., Lawandra M. Smith, MPA, Michael Curtis, Laura Strausberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vaundee Arnold, Troy Jackson, Ph.D., and Crystal Phalen.

And as Bill Mugavin, SPHR, CPLP became a Certified Master!

And as Connie Stephens (阎秋华）and Nicol continue their path to completing their Certified Master path.
