The questions I hear most often:

“Will my baby cry?” 
There will most likely be some tears during the sleep training process. However, you will be lovingly supporting your child. Crying is one way babies and toddlers communicate, so when we change their sleep habits and routines, they will most likely protest a bit with crying. Different techniques require varying levels of parental involvement, and we’ll discuss your comfort level before we begin. 

“We’ve tried sleep training before on our own. How will this be different?” 
The biggest difference is that I’ll be there to guide, support, and educate you every step of the way with a clear, customized plan.

“My child’s sleep is really bad - can this still work?” 
Yes! I’ve worked with families in all kinds of challenging sleep situations. No matter how rough things are right now, positive change is absolutely possible.

“How long will it take?” 
Most families see significant improvement within 1-2 weeks.

❌ Toddler waking at night to come to parents’ room for milk 
❌ Lying with him again until he fell back asleep for night wakings
