This past weekend, our Chapter President attended President’s Academy, annual national leadership program held in St. Louis, Missouri. Over the course of three intensive days, attendees explored high‑impact topics designed to strengthen chapter leadership and long‑term success.
Morgan participated in a deep dive of the Birkman Assessment, gaining insight into leadership styles, communication preferences, and stress behaviors. She also connected with Presidents from chapters across the country, exchanging ideas, best practices, and strategies to enhance chapter operations.
The Academy combined large‑group learning with small‑group workshops, allowing participants to apply concepts directly to their chapters and develop actionable plans for the semester ahead.
