As a retired Indianapolis Fire Department battalion chief, Tony could have hung up his helmet and called it a career. Instead, he's spent more than 30 years running the St. Florian Center's youth leadership summer camp, helping kids and teens ages 6-17 discover their potential.

Tony's mission is simple but powerful: help young people "do something positive, be someone positive, and then they'll have something positive."
