The Modular Advantage

Traditional infrastructure projects at apartment communities usually mean weeks of construction delays, noisy heavy machinery, zoning disputes, and significant site disruptions that frustrate your residents. Cubia eliminates all of these headaches with our signature modular advantage. Our recycling centers are fully constructed, painted, and tech-integrated offsite before being delivered directly to your property. The entire installation process takes a matter of hours, requiring no permanent foundation work or invasive site renovations. Furthermore, because our design is based on relocatable shipping containers, the units remain highly flexible assets. If your property undergoes a future expansion or layout redesign, the Cubia hub can be easily lifted and relocated to a different part of the lot without losing any of your initial investment. It is an instant, stress-free deployment that respects your time and your property's daily operations.

Cubia Recycling™ Launches Decentralized Modular Recycling Infrastructure, Bringing Jobs and Green Innovation to Urban and Rural Communities

Cubia Recycling™, a pioneering force in sustainable waste management, today announced the expansion of its innovative decentralized recycling infrastructure designed to create economic opportunity while advancing environmental stewardship in communities often overlooked by traditional recycling systems.

Unlike conventional recycling facilities that require sprawling acreage and centralized locations, Cubia Recycling's modular units occupy a footprint of just four parking spaces—making it possible to deploy fully operational recycling centers in urban lots, rural town centers, shopping plazas, and underserved neighborhoods alike.

"Recycling infrastructure shouldn't be a luxury reserved for big cities with big budgets," said Lester Brazzel, CEO and Founder of Cubia Recycling™. "Our mission is to bring jobs, education, and environmental progress directly into the communities that need it most—whether that's a rural crossroads or a dense urban block. With Cubia, we're proving that sustainability and economic opportunity can go hand-in-hand, no matter your zip code."

Introducing the mRCube Quad — Space-Saving Revolution

Disrupting an entire multi-billion-dollar industry in just 4 parking spaces. What if we could condense the processing capabilities of a massive, centralized recycling facility and deploy it directly into the heart of our commercial zones and urban communities—all without the heavy industrial footprint?

Meet the mRCube Quad by Cubia Recycling. Engineered and constructed from repurposed shipping containers, this decentralized micro-Material Recovery Center is completely changing the game. By utilizing an innovative, localized multi-stream system, the mRCube Quad intercepts recyclables at the point of disposal, virtually eliminating the industry's number-one operational bottleneck: material contamination.

The most remarkable feature for urban planners and corporate real estate executives? The entire system occupies a footprint of just four standard parking spaces. It is highly scalable, incredibly efficient, and seamlessly integrates into urban neighborhoods, major retail centers, corporate campuses, and university grounds. This is modular, agile technology designed to bring smart infrastructure directly to the source of waste production.

The New Era of Black Leadership in Sustainability

True leadership isn’t just about occupying spaces—it’s about pioneering the future of them.

As Black executives, corporate leaders, and upwardly mobile professionals, we are constantly redefining industries, driving corporate social responsibility (CSR), and building paths toward generational wealth. However, there is one critical sector where our collective leadership, expertise, and investment can spark a massive, long-overdue transformation: sustainable urban infrastructure.

Recycling is far more than a passive environmental duty; it is a multi-billion-dollar economic engine that has traditionally locked our communities out of both its design and its financial upside. Over the next eight days, I am going to break down exactly how the current municipal waste model is fundamentally failing our neighborhoods and how a groundbreaking innovation is stepping in to rewrite the playbook.

We have the corporate leverage and the strategic vision to lead the charge toward a true circular economy—one that simultaneously protects our environment and lifts our communities economically. It is time to move beyond corporate platitudes and invest in tangible, structural change. Let’s redefine what environmental stewardship looks like when backed by Black excellence.
