A little more work on my deep ice Andorian Thraecian, an andorian species/subspecies that boasts a set of full exoskeletal armor... it's starting to look a little closer to what I envision.

All Star Trek Fans - ATTENTION ON DECK: Aid Requested!!!

A group of us are trying to start a grassroots campaign to get ST:tMP Directors Edition released {and upgraded to BluRay, HDX and the like} to be shown in theaters either before or on the 50th anniversary of Classic Star Trek in 2016. And make it a BIIIIG party too!

Well, it looks like Privateer'n Venture won't be a online shop.

I physically not up to running a business. Instead, we will be researching and developing costumes just for ourselves and then posting the results and methods for others to be able to use - if they so wish.

I guess you could say we doing the same thing Fyberdyne does. Make GREAT costumes to inspire others to do the same!

Hello folks! Long time, no post - I know.

Well, there has been a bad turn in my health and in the ongoing fight with the after-effects of the strokes I endured 2+ years back. Dealing with these physical issues is taking up much of my time. Heh, not to mention my energy level is definitively sub-par. So it goes!

I have postponed the launch of AskCapnRahn.com and will not be taking orders for any costumes at this time.

I do plan on having my seamstress make the patterns in the Lutterloh system {see link} and making the costumes we Research&Development, for ourselves {4 employees strong, lol!}.

That means: Be sure to check out this Page every so often to see what we have finished and give us some good perspectives of how you think we are doing.

Once the R&D for a particular costume is completed, we will offer Custom-Fit versions for our customers.

I hope you will stick with us and follow our progress!
