Our meetings team may be best known for their managing conferences, tradeshows, and educational events, but did you know that RGI also partners with clients for one-time large-scale event solutions?

That's why when Kiwanis International came to us for help celebrating their 100th anniversary with an event that'll be talked about for years to come, our team stepped up. We couldn't be more excited to announce that Raybourn Group International has been named the 22nd best small-medium company to work for here in Indiana! This honor was presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on May 13th as part of their annual Best Places to Work program, and marks the sixth consecutive year of RGI being named to this prestigious list.

To be considered for this award, companies are evaluated on overall workplace excellence, measured by comprehensive employer reports and employee surveys on company practices, programs, benefits, and culture. Making this list six years in a row is no small feat, and one that we believe points to the strong company culture we have built over the years, along with a continued dedication to professional growth and wellbeing for our employees.

Accepting the award for RGI, President Leslie Murphy, CAE, FASAE called it an honor, saying she is "so proud of what we've built and continue to maintain in our pursuit of serving our clients and our RGI community."
