Outlet control structure replacement. Old outlet structure had a leaky riser and old corrugated metal pipe that had rusted out allowing the water to bypass the primary outlet. This caused the water level to drop significantly. We replace structure with a one piece manhole and installed new 18" HDPE pipe. Conner Creek Fishers IN
