Are you in the market for a playhouse/man cave/outdoor office/she shed?

MononWorks is pivoting our office aesthetic and will be selling some of our colorful tiny home/shed offices!

We are selling the 8’x10’ sheds at $800 a piece. They are wired for power but if you were to use them outdoors they need to be reroofed and placed on concrete or cinderblocks.

You will have to move them yourself, but we’ve gotten a couple quotes from barn moving companies and it’s around $500 to move if it’s within the 465 loop.

Meet Jenny Cahill and Arlo the puppy (our new mascot!) Jenny spends her time helping organizations find their footing and grow in thoughtful ways.

She manages operations and growth for The Happy Handyman, a young service-based startup here in Indy, and leads Bridge the Gap (BTG), an international cultural education initiative she founded in 2012.

Through BTG, she partners with universities and works closely with the community and indigenous leadership of Vorovoro Island, Fiji, supporting community-led, culturally grounded development, and also offers operational, systems, and program development support to other organizations.

The core of what she does is building processes and structures that support people and ideas over the long term. Jenny is a systems person at heart - She likes solving problems, untangling messy workflows, making things more workable (and enjoyable), and helping people turn ideas into something real.

She enjoys connecting with curious humans, swapping notes, and being part of conversations about what’s taking shape next. Jenny says her and her new pup Arlo are happy to be here at Mononworks - please stop and say hi anytime!
