Prime Hospitality Group is pleased to welcome Tony Smith as Director of Operations, Specialty Brands.

A Texas native, Tony brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the hospitality, restaurant, and food industries. His career has been shaped by a passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to building strong teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping brands grow.

Tony’s background spans entrepreneurial ventures, independent restaurant concepts, and multi-unit operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to lead teams and operate successful dining concepts. His experience will serve PHG as we continue to invest in innovative restaurants and experiences.

In his role, Tony will oversee operations for The Exchange, Un Deux Trois, Brasserie 23 and specialty hotel brand concepts. He will work closely with our teams to strengthen each concept and support continued growth across our specialty restaurant portfolio.
