Hi Kayla,
I am Denise and I just relocated from CT to San Francisco. I have been working with Sara for about the past 2 weeks via email and phone calls in an attempt to find a rental apartment here. Sara has been absolutely great – getting to know me, as well as my likes and dislikes in a home, and also was a ‘cheerleader’ for me all along the way helping me to get over my fears about moving and finding a place. It was such a pleasure meeting her yesterday. She was thoroughly prepared with 9 showings all around the city and was such a pleasure to work with. She is most knowledgeable and encouraging and has such a great personality. She not only was everything I could have hoped for, but much, much better. ~Denise

"This was our 8th (and hopefully last) major move and it was, by far, the best experience. The tour of Irvine, CA helped us to figure out where to live on a short term and long term basis---it also got us excited to start getting involved in our new community. Kelly McFadden was relentless in finding us the "perfect rental home". She was always willing to work within our schedule and showed us a large variety of homes in the communities that we selected. Thank you for making this experience a very positive one!"

"Hi Dora and Kayla, I would like to send a huge thank you to both of you for taking the time to help Robert and I. Kayla, you sent us a lot of information in the mail and made me feel at ease with the process. I am truly grateful for all the things you handled for us so we didn't have to worry about it. Amy was a wonderful tour guide and was able to answer all of our questions. She gave us such a wonderful tour that on Sunday we re-drove the entire route she had us on with confidence. The Downers Gove area has a lot to offer us and if the job is offered to me, we are better prepared to decide thanks to you two! I would also like to thank you for the gift basket. That was a great gift to send to the hotel for us! You were both a huge help! Thank you again!"
