Through Charlotte’s expertise and diverse background she has helped clients comply with civil rights laws and regulations, decrease turnover, increase accountability, effectiveness and productivity through CHANGE/TRANSITION, COMMUNICATION, CONFLICT RESOLUTON, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, HARRASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION, GENDER EQUITY, LEADERSHIP, and COMMUNITY/TEAM BUILDING workshops and coaching modules. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Masters of Education from Ohio University and a law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
