Our oven and stovetop stopped working suddenly, and the ice maker in our freezer had called it quits a few months back. Capitan had us in the schedule within a few days and Sol, our technician, worked quickly to identify and resolve the issue with the oven. We had a great conversation with him the entire time; it was like having a family friend stop by. Sol checked out the ice maker and determined that it needed to be replaced with a new unit, which was ordered. The next day I received a text that the ice maker was in and the day after that, Sol was back to save the day again! Appliance issues are such a pain but Capitan’s and Sol made the process so easy.
