Nobody talks about this part of retirement. 🤍

Not the big dramatic moments.
The quiet, constant weight of it.

Watching what you spend.

I know that feeling personally. After 32 years of teaching and then 5 years of caregiving, I found myself there too. The numbers looked okay on paper. But real life isn't paper.

Bills don't care about your budget. Food costs more every month. And there is very little room to absorb any of it.

If this is where you are right now, I want you to know something:

This is not your fault. Life didn't always allow for perfect planning. And "you should have saved more" is not a helpful thing to say to someone who gave everything they had.

✅ TRUTH: Experience, wisdom, and credibility are your superpowers. Young people are out here WISHING they had what you already have.

❌ LIE #2: "You need to be a tech expert."
