This is the perfect example of how "not to do" a return. Always ask to see the pocket card license of anyone saying that they are a licensed contractor. If they don't keep it on them chances are they are not a real contractor. Protect yourself, your family and your home. Pay a little more for a lic. Contractor.

This customer liked the new system on the left that we previously installed so much! That they had us back out just A couple weeks later to upgrade the other one. These are two Amana 16 seer heat pumps with lifetime unit replacement. We love what we do.

The lack of quality that we see here is scary. The installing company did not use take-offs aka starting collars. They simply cut a hole pushed in the flex and taped it. This is not how it is supposed to be done.
