Just in case Don’t forget tomorrow starts the new Facebook rule where they can use your photos. Don't forget Deadline today!!! It can be used in court cases in litigation against you. Everything you've ever posted becomes public from today Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. It costs nothing for a simple copy and paste, better safe than sorry. Channel 13 News talked about the change in Facebook's privacy policy. I do not give Facebook or any entities associated with Facebook permission to use my pictures, information, messages or posts, both past and future. With this statement, I give notice to Facebook it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, or take any other action against me based on this profile and/or its contents. The content of this profile is private and confidential information. The violation of privacy can be punished by law NOTE: Facebook is now a public entity. All members must post a note like this. If you prefer, you can copy and paste this version. If you do not publish a statement at least once it will be tacitly allowing the use of your photos, as well as the information contained in the profile status updates. DO NOT SHARE. Copy and paste.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste
This will bypass the system.
I DO NOT GIVE FACEBOOK PERMISSION TO SHARE ANYTHING OF MINE., THAT I HAVE PUT ON THEIR SITE, . PICTURES, CURRENT OR PAST POSTS, PHONE NUMBERS OR EMAILS.. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CAN YOU USE IN ANY DESIRED MANNER WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION OR VERBAL CONSENT

My goal is to help people learn the truth regarding Social Security Disability. So many people think it is easy to apply or they have heard of someone who has gained benefits for a seemingly minor problem. The reality is much different. Rules regarding Social Security Disability have changed significantly in just the past three years.
I will be posting tips weekly to help educate everyone who is interested.
Tip #1 - You must have worked a job that deducted money for Social Security Disability.
Tip #2 - You must have worked five out of the last 10 years before you became unable to work due to a disabling condition.
Tip #3- You must have a condition that will last at least 12 months, or expected to last the duration of your life or result in your death.
I will post more tips shortly.
If you have a severe medical condition that leaves you 100% disabled then you may be eligible for benefits.
Social Security Disability is a very complex system and there are professional representatives that can evaluate your case and help you file.
Please IM if you have questions regarding this.

Many of us own or are owned by many animals. Our "furr babies" hold our hearts and deserve to be cared for in our absence. California law has provisions for our pets care in the Probate code. "Pet Trust's" are an addendum to a regular Living Trust and are duly enforceable. I will be attending a legal seminar next week to hear about new laws for trusts. I plan on finding appropriate software and helping animal owners with these "Pet Trusts" in the near future. Stay tuned!

After two years of hard work and many many hours of research we got a fully favorable decision from the ALJ in Sacramento! I'm so happy for my client as he is so deserving of the benefits!

Social Security Disability benefits are rapidly changing due to the government gutting the workforce that actually processes the claims. A potential claimant must now have worked in the past five years in a job that contributes to Social Security, just to be able to apply. This has been narrowed in half from what used to be ten years.
If you have questions on benefits you can call, email, text or message me!

I'm officially listed as a direct payee with Social Security now! I finally secured professional Liability insurance and received my approval notice from CPS HR Consulting after passing their tough test back in May.
I'm excited to be able to help more disabled folks! Call or email me if you have any questions!
