Owning an emergency service business demands a unique level of dedication that many don't fully grasp. It's a world of late nights and early mornings, often blurring into continuous shifts. Just this week, we experienced a 20-hour stretch that began at Sheridan Hospital in a rainstorm. From there, it was straight to Lexington (3 hour drive) for two urgent repairs, followed by a service call on the way home. We squeezed in a few power naps on the road a quick six-minute lunch on the lake lol We pour everything we can into every task even on the days we don't have much left in us even if you accidentally grab two right boots and have to wear them throughout the day (see pic)😂 We're incredibly grateful for being able to have the opportunity to appreciate customers literally statewide. Without your trust and support, we wouldn't be able to continue our selfless service to each and every one of you.
