“Imago” is the final stage of metamorphosis of a butterfly, after it has gone through the hard work and effort of transformation, finally emerging from its cocoon in its fully mature form. What a beautiful image to consider for ourselves as leaders -- the hard work, effort, time and practice required to grow our abilities, increase our effectiveness, improve how we impact our teams and businesses,
and to reach our full potential. Leader’s Imago provides training, coaching and consulting services to management teams, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Our flagship program is the Team Manager Development Center (TMDC), a highly-interactive, simulation-based learning experience that helps individuals hone strengths and identify developmental opportunities. This individualized development program provides each participant with a coach who can work with them on their specific developmental needs, and ultimately create a development plan that will be meaningful and impactful for their performance when they return to work. Working with management teams to pinpoint trouble-spots within the organizational structure, Leader’s Imago partners to find realistic solutions to organizational challenges. Team building, leadership skills training, training program development, employee engagement strategies, human resource optimization, and one-on-one coaching for leaders are among the services provided. I have been there myself – working as a chemical engineer, managing and leading in a factory environment, trying to practice new leadership behaviors to be stronger and more effective while dealing with ever-emerging challenges. I continue to learn more about what works and what does not work. I am excited and passionate about helping others experience their “Imago” -- to help them realize their full potential.
