This is why we keep our horses on a schedule, because if you don’t this can happen and it is very painful for you horses. It can take sometime to get them back to were they need to be. Once you horses hooves get this long it also changes there tendons and ligaments and puts more strain on them because there angles are changing with the growth.

Full set of shoes done today, also 5 stitches in my finger. Last shoe and a half was done after my finger got cut open, but it was still a good day!!

Did two Percheron’s today!! Took a bit, but got her done. It was a nice warm day for it too.
