With 73 current recycling containers in both counties - recycling is just minutes away for residents in these southern Ohio counties. The Lawrence-Scioto county solid waste management district works to improve communication with the residents of these two counties regarding recycling. We will use this platform to educate residents on the opportunities available for recycling. Our goal is to increase the amount going into our recycling efforts and reduce the amount of material going into our landfills

There will also be a virtual option that can be acquired by reaching the solid waste district office at 740-532-1231 by 2:00 PM on Monday June 16th. Leave a message if there is no answer
