MFA is on, so how are attackers still getting in?
Multi-factor authentication is an essential layer of security, but attackers are finding ways around it through phishing, stolen sessions, fraudulent approval requests, and intercepted verification codes.
MFA still matters. But it works best when supported by employee awareness, access controls, continuous monitoring, and a team prepared to respond.
