Good morning! I just moved and have been setting up "home", in other words...outpicturing the sanctuary that lives inside me so that I can see it. Like the chorus of the James Taylor song Enough to Be On Your Way - "home, build it behind your eyes, carry it in your heart, safe among your own". Sending hope and hugs.❤

Self care first! If your heart is beating and you're empathic, you're probably under alot of stress right now with everything going on in our world. We wanna watch the news to know what's going on, but not too much or it will drag on our energy. I have a suggestion. Take 5-minutes to medirate (with a timer) first thing in the morning, and ask your Higher Knowing, "what is it for me to know right now?" This will anchor you in stillness and have you tuning in to your inner guidance system. HOW GOOD WOULD THAT BE?! The more you do this, the easier it becomes to tune in during the day when you feel off balance. Self care is the key and when we start there, everything begins to align for our good! More to come! Hey there My People! Sending you Peace and Love in these turbulent times. So, we do what we do as far as praying and affirming that the power if Love is more powerful than anything else. But that's not enough. We have to take action - guided action. As Michael Beckwith would say,, "Treat and move your feet." Do the inner work, get grounded and take action!
