TaskJugglers

TaskJugglers Our company has the ability to multitask and provide you with a wide array of services. TaskJugglers was founded in 2008 by Emak Briones.

We can juggle between providing accounting services, IT software maintenance, virtual assistants, web development and design. A visionary who believes in the power of innovation and technology. The company started out as a call centre that only offered outbound calls. As the concept of assistance evolved, there was a growing demand for the company to go beyond what they started and expand services

to encapsulate several back office tasks. TaskJugglers noticed that several businesses had trouble focusing on their core operations due to back-office tasks taking a huge chunk of their time. TaskJugglers saw this as an opportunity to help businesses free themselves of the responsibilities of running other tasks so they can redirect their energy to their company’s growth and core operations.

At , we have taken the initiative to create a platform that ensures our remarkable female talent has the opportunity to thrive in leadership positions.

We have a development program where the goal is to help develop and empower female leaders within our organization. Everyone should have a seat at the table where administrative decisions are being made, and we believe that commitments like these bring our workforce and society one step closer to having a truly equitable and inclusive culture across the industry.

Contact Centers with a “Butts in the Seat” mentality have poor hiring habits.

They don’t empower their staff and are toxic/negative work environments.

Call Centers with a “Butts in the Seat” mentality quickly drive away their actively engaged Above Average Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) – who quit prematurely & job hop.

Bottom Line: just putting “Butts in the Seat” is bad for business & wrong on many levels.

At , we are committed to developing strong
leaders & talents at all levels of our company.

We focus on three leadership contribution areas: value creator, business operator and people developer, and we expect our leaders to develop and contribute in a balanced way across these three areas.

We're learning more about why Zoom meetings — and videoconferences on similar platforms — can leave us drained. Stanford University published the first peer-reviewed study on the pandemic-era phenomenon and found that people are constantly looking at each other directly and up close, which is behaviour ordinarily reserved for close relationships. Also, nonverbal cues are harder to send and receive through video chats, and seeing yourself for extended periods of time and having limited mobility can become sources of stress. Researchers say their aim is "to isolate research areas for social scientists and to suggest design improvements for technologists."

It’s not just Zoom. Popular video chat platforms have design flaws that exhaust the human mind and body. But there are easy ways to mitigate their effects.

"Hey! How Was Your Trip?

Anyone missing their water cooler chats with colleagues? In today's work landscape where so many of us are working from home, small talk has all but vanished from our daily routines. The Harvard Business Review reminds us that even though most of our face-to-face time with coworkers is on Zoom, we can still incorporate banter in these virtual meetings, and doing so has tangible benefits. Follow these simple steps to bring back the small talk:

Small talk should be part of your meeting agenda.
Beginning meetings with an icebreaker or check-in can ignite conversations.

"Introduce agenda items designed around opinions and conjecture."

By including "unstructured time" at the end of meetings, you open the door for colleagues to continue chatting.

A bit of banter can make a big difference.

The pandemic has many of us rethinking a lot of aspects of our daily lives, including the way we work, the way we live and the way we communicate. Email, in particular, has taken on a life of its own as so many are unable to meet face-to-face with colleagues and/or loved ones. According to a recent study from the University of California, Irvine, our "slavish devotion to in-boxes" is stressing us out and not even the popular remedy "batch emailing" — when you deal with emails two or three times a day — is helping.

Our Hardworking TasJugglers' suggests:

1. Teams should try and implement "wider use of shared project-management systems" to help clarify who is working on what and their progress.

2. Try to disassociate addresses with individuals. Instead, try assigning a client or type of request to an address with multiple people monitoring it. This can help relieve "deeply-ingrained anxiety that we are ignoring those who need us."

Outsourcing and Globalization

We have to accept that fact that outsourcing is not just a temporary thing, its direction that business should necessarily go. We have to understand that there is massive change in economic value creation that we are undergoing today. The Deloitte's Global Outsourcing Survey indicates that outsourcing is a trend likely to continue, despite significant changes in the regulatory environment across various industries in the last couple of years. The focus should not only in the reduction of cost, but on the innovation and the quality of the managed service. This paragraph shed light to the business realities that we are facing :

The future, therefore, lies in collaboration across borders, cultures, companies and disciplines. Countries that focus narrowly on ‘national goals’ or turn inward will not succeed in the new era. Likewise, firms that fail to diversify their activities geographically and develop robust global innovation webs will find themselves unable to compete in a global world. Effectively, it’s globalize or die.’
