1. July 2026 Visa Bulletin Released β Priority Dates Updated
Source: DOS Visa Bulletin for July 2026
The July 2026 Visa Bulletin is now the operative bulletin. For July, USCIS has confirmed that all employment-based applicants must use the Final Action Dates chart β the Dates for Filing chart is NOT authorized for EB AOS filings this month.
Updated EB-3 Final Action Dates (July 2026):
EB-3 Skilled Workers & Professionals (Worldwide) - Two months advanced.
Aug 1, 2024 (was Jun 1, 2024)
EB-3 Other Workers (Worldwide) (EW) - One month advanced.
Mar 1, 2022 (was Feb 1, 2022)
Why it matters: Worldwide EB-3 advanced 2 months β a modest positive. Philippines is unchanged, but the retrogression warning remains active (see below).
The July bulletin repeats the June warning verbatim: sufficient demand may make it necessary to retrogress. Philippines EB-3 or make it "unavailable" in coming months. No retrogression has occurred yet (still at Aug 1, 2023), but the warning is active for the second consecutive month.
Why it matters: Philippine nationals in the EB-3 pipeline should be counseled that their date could move backward on short notice. Priority: watch the August 2026 Visa Bulletin when it is published (typically late June/early July).
