At Alorica, we've earned Great Place to Work® certification across 11 countries, with Canada achieving certification for the first time this year. But as our leaders discussed during a recent Lunch & Learn hosted by Alorica University, earning certification is only the beginning. Sustaining a great workplace requires leaders who invest in others, create employee-focused cultures and turn feedback into action.

Every step can make a difference!

MLBA Move is more than a friendly fitness competition. It's a way to support Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA), our employee-led nonprofit that helps Aloricans and their communities navigate life's toughest moments through emergency assistance, community programs, volunteerism, and local giving. Since its founding, MLBA has raised more than $10 million and delivered over 15,000 grants to those in need.

This year, more than 300 Aloricans across 15 teams have stepped up to compete and raise funds, from our Co-CEOs, Mike and Max, and many members of our executive team to frontline managers around the world. We're proud to see our people rally together to support one another and create meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.
