A New Employment Hub Takes Shape in Ontario

The Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan was recently approved, establishing a long-term vision and development framework for approximately 189 acres in Ontario Ranch. The Specific Plan will support up to 2.9 million square feet of employment-generating business park uses, along with new infrastructure, roadway improvements, and 36 acres of public parkland that will contribute to the City’s vision for the “Grand Park.” The Specific Plan was designed to create a seamless transition between existing surrounding uses, while establishing a cohesive vision for future development.

On behalf of SRG Commercial, T&B Planning led the entitlement effort, providing comprehensive planning and CEQA services in close coordination with City staff, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the approval process.

It was a great evening at the BIA Riverside County Chapter Annual Wine Event: Red, Wine & Blue at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula!
