The first full day in Park City gave Laird Plastics leaders the opportunity to connect both inside and outside the meeting room.

After a morning of strategic meetings and group discussions, the group headed into the mountains for an afternoon of hiking, Jeep tours, and golf. The activities provided a chance to enjoy Park City while continuing conversations and building relationships with colleagues from across the organization.

Having General Managers and Regional Directors from across the United States and Canada together creates a valuable opportunity to connect by region, learn from peers across different markets, and spend time with Laird Plastics leadership, including President Spence Miller, Vice President of Supplier Relations Nicole Papadakis, and other key leaders across the organization.

Laird Plastics President Spence Miller officially kicked off this week’s meeting in Park City, Utah last night, bringing together company leaders, including Regional Directors and General Managers from across Laird’s 60-location network in the United States and Canada.

During his opening remarks, Spence recognized leaders celebrating milestone service anniversaries in 2026, welcomed new General Managers and those recently promoted from within the organization, and shared Laird’s mission and values and what they mean for our team, customers, and industry partners.

The evening continued with dinner and an opportunity to reconnect and spend time together outside of the day-to-day.

With the meeting officially underway, we look forward to more collaboration, shared ideas, and opportunities to learn from the knowledge and experience across the organization.

Congratulations to Western Regional Director Michael McNaughton on 25 years of service with Laird Plastics!

Michael began his career with Laird Plastics as General Manager of the Vancouver location, where he was instrumental in expanding and growing the business while leading the team with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and value-added solutions. Michael then took on additional leadership responsibilities across the business, eventually overseeing all Laird locations across Western Canada and the Western United States.

Throughout his 25 years with Laird, Michael has been a true team player and someone who consistently goes the extra mile to support Laird Plastics and its customers. His leadership has played an important role in developing managers and sales teams, strengthening locations, and contributing to the continued success of the business as a whole.
