Western Regional Director Michael McNaughton is pleased to announce a leadership transition at Laird Plastics Portland as we celebrate the retirement of General Manager Bob Dalpe and welcome Nathaniel Ramsby into the role.
After years of dedicated leadership, Bob leaves behind a strong legacy in Portland and countless contributions to the Laird team. His leadership, experience, and commitment have made a lasting impact on colleagues and customers alike. As Bob and his wife begin their next chapter, a new retirement adventure in Spain, we thank him for his years of service and wish them both the very best ahead.
Stepping into the General Manager role, Nathaniel Ramsby represents a true growth story within the Laird family. Following in the footsteps of his father, Lee Ramsby — known by many as “The General” — Nathan began his career in the warehouse and steadily grew in his role, most recently serving as Operations Manager. His hard work, dedication, and deep understanding of the business have earned him this next opportunity.
We are excited to see Nathan lead the Portland team forward and continue building on the strong foundation established over the years.
