What does "in stock" actually look like? Randy Barrett took a camera into our Irving warehouse to show you — 34 seconds, straight down the Electri-Flex Company Liquatite® aisle.

Hundreds of thousands of feet of liquidtight flexible conduit in the trade sizes and jacket types crews actually pull from, sitting on our floor today. That includes Type LA — the same Liquatite® that protects power distribution cabling in the data centers going up across North Texas and Oklahoma.

Orders in by 1:00 pm CT ship the same day or go to will call. Chasing a size? Call your Electra Sales rep before you quote it out.

Keeping a data center cool actually depends on heat. When cooling tower lines, condensate drains, or roof gutters freeze, the whole cooling system is at risk — and a single outage can cost over $1 million.

Delta-Therm's white paper, "Using Heat to Keep Data Centers Cool," explains where electric heat trace protects a data center and why it matters even in warmer climates. Worth a read if you work on these projects.

AI, cloud computing, and rapid data center expansion are pushing power cable protection harder than ever.

Electri-Flex Company's new video walks through how its Liquatite® flexible conduit — including Types CBLA, LA, and ZHLA, plus its unjacketed metallic options — protects power distribution unit (PDU) cabling from crushing, bending, and disconnection, along with thermal stress and electromagnetic interference (EMI), while keeping cable routing and identification clean across the room.

Every run is in stock, 100% American-made, BABA-compliant, available in multiple sizes and colors — including same-day will-call and shipping from Electra Sales' Irving, Texas warehouse.

Running power to a remote parking lot, pathway, or storage yard usually means trenching, conduit, and a utility connection — real cost and time before a single light comes on.

The Solera i-Series from Light Efficient Design takes that off the table. It’s a professional-grade, configurable solar lighting system that generates and stores its own power in one self-contained, off-grid unit — no trenching, no rewiring, no grid connection.

A few things that make it worth a look:

• Configurable light output and color temperature to match the application — area, pedestrian, billboard, and sign lighting

• Available as a pole kit for new installs or a retrofit kit for existing poles

• Remote monitoring, programming, and control through Solera Connect software, from the app or web

• Engineered for dependable, year-round performance in demanding conditions

Spec highlights (SL-MA1 area-light configuration): up to 10,000 lumens, LiFePO4 battery, IP65 rated, and roughly six hours of full sun to a full charge.

See how it configures to fit the site: https://youtu.be/1nw3Kw49-K4

If you have a site across North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Western Tennessee, or Northern Mississippi, where extending power is the expensive part, let’s talk about whether the i-Series fits.

The right connection shouldn't lock you into one brand's tools.

Polaris® Compression Connectors from NSI Industries are UL 486A/B listed for use with a wide range of dieless and standard crimp tools — now including Milwaukee Tool. Clearly marked barrels, color-coded crimps, and broad tool compatibility mean code-compliant connections made with the tools your team already owns — no single-brand tooling system required.

The expanded line now runs up to 1000 MCM in copper and aluminum long-barrel styles, with inspection-window and narrow-tang options for tight installs.

Electra Sales represents NSI Industries in Tennessee and NE Arkansas. If your team works with compression connectors, this short video is worth a few minutes.

This week, three of our North Texas team members — Alec Gottlich, Hank Bockenfeld, and Eric "EZ" Zillinger — spent the day at Richards Manufacturing Co.'s headquarters in Irvington, New Jersey, for hands-on product training.

It was a full agenda: medium-voltage cable theory, cable terminations and separable connectors, IEEE 386, live deadbreak installations, cold-shrink splice work, and a walk through the Richards factory floor. Time at the bench — actually building terminations and splices — is what turns product knowledge into the kind of field-ready answers our distributors and contractors count on.

Thanks to Patrick Lyons and the Richards Manufacturing team for hosting us and sharing their expertise!
