If you followed this page back in 2017 or 2018, you probably remember a version of Arrow Point Method that posted social media tips and digital marketing stats.
Then in March 2020, we went quiet.
Here's the honest version of what happened:
The world changed. Marketing changed. The tools changed. And I went heads-down inside my agency with Johnna and the team, Great Minds Agency, and helped create The Digital People - learning, building, and figuring out what all of it actually meant for the businesses I serve in Northeast Louisiana.
What I kept bumping into wasn't a marketing problem- It was a decisions problem.
Business owners knew the tools existed. They didn't know what to do with them. They didn't have a strategy. They didn't have a policy. They didn't have a clear first step that made sense for their specific business, their specific team, and their specific risks.
That's what I spent the last several years building.
Arrow Point Method is now an AI adoption consulting practice. We help business owners use AI on purpose, not because everyone else is, not because some tech person told them to, but because they made a deliberate decision about what AI does in their business, who uses it, what stays protected, and what success looks like.
I'm not an overnight AI expert. I'm a business strategist who went deep on this because my clients needed me to, and I built a methodology from doing the actual work inside real businesses in this market. I've added AI-specific credentials- LSU, Anthropic, and others- to years of marketing and communications certifications. I research, formulate the best approach, set outcomes, test it... then I share (usually with the team or clients), but now I'm sharing with others.
