Proud to have had our team members from The Stewart Organization at the Ford Village DFW Leadership Dinner at Dallas Baptist University last Thursday evening.

The night featured an incredible keynote from Will Guidara, author of Unreasonable Hospitality and co-producer of The Bear, who shared powerful lessons on service, leadership, and the impact of going above and beyond for the people around you.

All proceeds from the dinner support leadership development for Ford Village students at DBU — a mission we were honored to help support.

Thank you to Christopher Holloway and the entire Ford Village team for putting together such a meaningful event. Nights like these remind us why investing in the next generation of leaders matters.

1 – What is your job/role at Stewart?
I'm the sales manager for the Houston branch.

2 - What’s your favorite way to start the day?
Starting the day with my family and a good cup of coffee —it sets the tone for everything else.

3 – What is your favorite food or cuisine?
Mexican food

4 – What is a fun fact about you that may surprise people?
I served in the Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman, where I was responsible for the maintenance, handling, and assembling of all types of aircraft weapons and ammunition, including missiles and bombs.

5 - What is your favorite part about your job and why?
The people. I enjoy building relationships with both my team and our clients. Seeing others succeed and knowing I played a part in that is the most rewarding part of what I do.

6 - How long have you worked at Stewart?
Just over 8 years, with half of that time as a sales rep and the later half as a sales manager.

What’s your favorite way to start the day?
With a good hardy breakfast!

What is your favorite food or cuisine?
A homecooked ribeye steak!

What is a fun fact about you that may surprise people?
I met the love of my life when I was 11 years old! What started as young puppy love turned into an everlasting bond. We have been happily married for 14 years now with 4 beautiful children, 3 girls and 1 boy.

What is your favorite part about your job and why?
My favorite part of the job is having the opportunity to be apart of this strong successful work engine that makes The Stewart Organization! A great camaraderie exists within every branch of the company, complemented by a management team that keeps us well informed and collaborative. I'm grateful to be part of a team with such positive energy and skill.

How long have you worked at Stewart?
I’ve worked for Stewart since July 9th, 2012! Almost 14 years now. Never a dull day at the Stewart Org!!

Stewart Organization is proud to support our local communities. This year, our Dallas and Houston offices conducted a food drive, with all donations benefiting two valuable non-profit organizations: Irving Cares and Target Hunger.
