Recently, Rashida Rasheed, COO, and Aliasger Rasheed, CEfO, met with Unnati, who leads our Marketing efforts, for Yemen coffee and a meaningful brainstorming session focused on content, design, team alignment, and the structure behind how work moves across the organization.

Thank you to Dell Tipton, NXTSYS, and for such a fun evening.

Exordium had the chance to join an IT ladies’ night out at the vs. game at and honestly, it could not have been a better game to watch. It was high-energy, incredibly close, and exciting all the way through, with the Warriors taking it in overtime.

Watching from the Spectrum suite gave the whole experience a different perspective, and it was great connecting with others in the space and just enjoying time together outside the usual work setting with .sim.sriv

Grateful for the hospitality, the great company, and such a fun night out.

Good food. Even better company. Best kind of conversation.

Last night Rashida Rasheed and I had the chance to catch up with Joshua Peterson , Ashleigh Conlon, SHRM-CP, PHR , and John M. Cashion from Galerie Living — great humans.

Along with kebabs and hummus, we talked about leadership, the human side of serving residents and teams, and what it takes to scale without losing the personal touch.

Galerie has always had a great vibe — and I think a lot of that comes from the leadership: thoughtful, grounded, and truly “on the ground” in how they support their people. At Exordium Networks Inc. - we resonate with those values.

Also a fun quirk: it was so cool to learn John has logged 2M+ miles over the years flying all over the world — and it shows in how he thinks about hospitality and experience. Always cool people on the Galerie team.

There’s nothing more energizing than when great minds come together. Today, our USA Leadership Team— , , , , and —met in person to exchange ideas, align on strategy, and ground every decision in what’s really happening day-to-day in our offices.

These sessions feel less like meetings and more like a think tank—a space where experience, creativity, and vision converge to guide the steps ahead.

And of course, being a Friday, it also meant office lunch day 🍴—this week with a taste of Hyderabadi cuisine. As the saying goes, a family that eats together, stays together. At Exordium, our team is our family, and these shared moments strengthen the bonds behind the work. We also took the opportunity to celebrate two of our very special team members— and —wishing them both a very happy birthday, and many more happy and healthy ones to come!
