Today I felt lead to share the keys to a productive day and successful life. A large part of how your day will go depends on how you spend your morning. It may be really appealing to sleep in and rise at the last minute. But often that leaves us feeling rushed, frazzled and unproductive. Here are the keys to a productive morning that leads to a succesful life:

1. Begin the day with GRATITUDE. Identify 3-5 things you can be thankful for today. Large or small
2. PRAY. Spend quality time with your Higher Power.
3. JOURNAL: Write out your dreams, goals, heavy emotions and intentions for the day.
4. Move your BODY: This includes, stretching, walking or full body work out.
5. READ: Learn something new or get inspired creatively.

When these are done consistently and faithfully you WILL see results. Try these out… future you will thank you♥️
