Over the past six months, I’ve done my best to create a balance between delivering high-quality service and maintaining fair, sustainable conditions for myself and my team. However, I’ve continued to face ongoing issues—such as repeated pushback on pricing, scrutiny over our arrival and departure times via Ring cameras, and general questioning of our process.
The only reason I’m posting this message is to be fully transparent and set clear expectations moving forward.
Our pricing reflects the time, care, and physical labor involved in providing a detailed, reliable service. These rates are necessary not only to uphold the quality of our work but to also protect the physical health and well-being of our team. If the cost of service no longer aligns with your expectations or budget, I completely understand and respectfully encourage you to seek another provider who may be a better fit.
This will be the final message of this nature. If these concerns continue, I will take it upon myself to remove clients from our schedule if I feel the relationship is no longer sustainable. This is not personal—it's about protecting our standards, boundaries, and the longevity of our work.
