On a recent Warranty inspection the client told me two of the bedrooms are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Builder and builders HVAC company have been there several time to check and balance the system with little to no improvement. We found the problem…..the ductwork was separated from the distribution box that supplies air to the two rooms.
Always happy to solve the problems the builder can’t find!

One national “Box” builder has restricted third party inspections to final walkthrough only. This is the same builder that talks about how important inspections are on their web page! Read the contract before you sign! Insist on a third party inspection for Predrywall. Remember, If they refuse a third party inspection, there are other builders that welcome third party inspections.
