We are proud to share some VERY exciting news! 🎤
Achieving True Self is honored to partner with the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce for its 2026–2027 Leadership Westmoreland program.
On December 17, ATS will host Leadership Westmoreland at our Irwin location for a full day centered on Inclusive & Authentic Leadership—and two of our own leaders, Catherine Hughes, Director of Family Support and Community Engagement, and Angel Schaer, Director of ID/A Services, will kick off the day as keynote speakers!
Their presentation, Leadership Through the Lens of Neurodiversity & Different Abilities, will invite participants to think differently about what it means to lead inclusively—recognizing individual strengths, valuing different perspectives, creating meaningful connection, and building cultures where people of all abilities have opportunities to contribute and belong.
Throughout the day, ATS will also have the opportunity to share our mission, welcome participants into our space, and help create an engaging experience focused on leadership, inclusion, empathy, and belonging.
We are incredibly proud of Cathy and Angel and excited to welcome Leadership Westmoreland to Achieving True Self this December.
Because when we create space for different minds, different abilities, and different perspectives, we create stronger organizations, and even stronger communities.
