It's evident that there remain significant barriers still against LGBTQ+ individuals. Despite these, there are moments to celebrate their achievements and remember that it gets better. One of the best ways to create an inclusive workspace is to promote diverse leaders. And make everyone feel welcome and included at the workplace by facilitating conversations and giving them the recognition they deserve!
