June is a checkpoint, not just a month.

By now, the goals are set. The pipeline tells a story. The question is whether you are listening to it or just pushing through it.

Strong sales leaders don’t wait until Q4 to fix what Q2 is already revealing.

Right now is the time to ask:
• Are we targeting the right opportunities or just chasing activity?
• Are our conversations creating value or just filling calendars?
• Are we coaching for outcomes or managing for metrics?

Summer can create a false sense of slowdown. In reality, it creates space. Space to refine strategy. Space to sharpen skills. Space to build the kind of pipeline that closes with confidence later.

The teams that win in the second half of the year are not the ones who grind harder.

They are the ones who adjust sooner.

What is one thing your team needs to rethink before heading into Q3?

Gut instinct builds sales teams. Data scales them.

High-performing organizations are shifting from assumptions to measurable insight:
• Prioritizing the right opportunities
• Understanding what actually moves deals
• Coaching with real performance data

This is not about more tools. It is about better decisions.

Are your sales decisions driven by data or habit?

In this episode, we explore the third stage of entrepreneurial growth: the Rainmaker.

This is the stage where a business moves beyond building and stabilizing into consistently generating opportunities and driving predictable growth. It’s no longer about occasional wins or luck, but about creating a repeatable system for success.

We break down what it takes to shift from ex*****on and management into true revenue generation at scale, and how leaders can build the mindset and behaviors required to get there.

If you’re ready to understand what separates steady operators from consistent growth drivers, this conversation will give you that clarity: https://hubs.la/Q04dzz900

Dreaming big is the easy part. Turning it into results is where success is built.

In this video, Glenn breaks down how to move from intention to ex*****on by aligning goals, plans, and daily action.

Here’s the framework:
Set clear, meaningful goals that challenge you
Build a strategic plan that creates direction
Take consistent action that drives real progress

Success isn’t random. It’s the result of discipline, focus, and follow-through.

Your social network should be strategic, not accidental.

Most professionals are active online, but very few are intentional. The result is a lot of activity, but not always meaningful connection or pipeline impact.

That’s where strategy changes everything.

Check out this guide - Creating a Strategic Social Network: https://hubs.la/Q04dzqbl0

Inside, you’ll learn how to:
• Choose the right approach for your business and goals
• Avoid common misconceptions about social selling
• Build more intentional online relationships
• Focus your time where it actually drives opportunity
• Align your social activity with your overall sales strategy

When done right, your network becomes more than visibility. It becomes a business development engine.

Short-term pain or long-term misery. The choice is yours.

Most people avoid discomfort today only to guarantee greater frustration later. The truth is, growth always comes with some level of short-term resistance.

The question is not whether it will be hard. The question is when you want it to be hard.

Lean into the work now, or live with the consequences of avoiding it later.

May is one of those months that quietly exposes everything.

Q2 is no longer “getting started.” It is underway. Momentum is either building or stalling. Pipelines that looked healthy in March are now under pressure to convert. Deals that felt “close” are revealing whether they were real or just optimistic.

In sales leadership, May is where clarity matters more than energy.

This is the moment I focus less on activity for activity’s sake and more on signal versus noise:
• Are we advancing real buyer conversations or just increasing touchpoints?
• Are deals progressing through mutual milestones or sitting in “follow up next week” cycles?
• Are we coaching toward outcomes or reacting to dashboards?

The teams that win in this stretch are not the ones doing the most. They are the ones doing the most intentional work.

That means tightening qualification, reinforcing next-step discipline, and ensuring every opportunity has a clear reason to exist in the pipeline. It also means being honest about what is not working early enough to do something about it.

May rewards discipline. June rewards clarity. And Q2 rewards leaders who do not confuse motion with progress.

If your pipeline feels busy right now, that is not the same as being healthy.

Economic uncertainty doesn’t define sales leaders. Their response does.

In volatile markets, the difference between teams that stall and teams that grow comes down to discipline, focus, and leadership.

Here is the guide:
Best Practices for Sales Leaders During Times of Economic Uncertainty: https://hubs.la/Q04dzbM10

It outlines 11 practical ways to:
• Strengthen pipeline quality
• Stay consistent in unpredictable conditions
• Turn market pressure into competitive advantage

Downturns don’t have to slow you down. They can sharpen your edge.
