Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation (NASC) is pleased to announce the NASC TEROS UAS has been granted an FAA 44807 Exemption authorizing commercial operations of the TEROS UAS in support of critical infrastructure inspections. This exemption places TEROS as currently the largest UAS in the National Air Space (NAS) approved to conduct these operations. This significant milestone is a critical building block for safely expanding commercial UAS operations for large UAS in the NAS.

Right around the corner from Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation Headquarters, NASA trained top astronauts—including Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin—in the late 1950s and 1960s for the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programs.

From 1950 to 1996, the Johnsville Human Centrifuge played a pivotal role in advancing Cold War-era aerospace technology and human physiology at the Naval Air Development Center (NADC) in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Many current and former NASC employees also began their careers in government service at NADC.
